After initially being contracted to carry out minor cosmetic repairs, Replas were engaged to solve structural repairs and strengthening to this property. SikaCem 133 Gunite was used on the passageway soffit after the installation of mild steel reinforcement. Further steel beams were designed, manufactured and installed, then encased to improve the structural integrity of the Gable end staircase and entrance.
