 This is a contract that was schemed and budgeted by Replas nearly two years prior to commencement. A conventional concrete refurbishment contract which included a survey, repairs localised fairing coat and the application of an anti-carbonation coating. A brickwork repair package was also attached to our works thereby enabling Replas to be responsible for the whole of the exterior refurbishment. A chemical clean to the brickwork has  been the only addition to the expected works, which was carried out prior to any façade repairs being carried out. One of the most satisfying aspects of this contract was that the projected budgets accurately reflected the actual works carried out. |
