The project works consisted of Re-Roofing and renewing the rainwater systems, window replacement, communal re-decoration and concrete repairs.

Replas carried out a full concrete refurbishment to the window heads and cills, and the private and communal balconies utilising materials manufactured by Sika Ltd. This included removal of existing coatings, carrying out a full survey and delivering reports on the condition of the concrete.

Once a strategy and the extent of repair was agreed, traditional methods of repair were used to restore the structural integrity of the concrete. This included Hand placed repair mortars, levelling mortars and finally an Elastomeric Anti-Carbonation coating.
